
A new group of performers has been announced ahead of Donald Trump‘s inauguration weekend celebrations. The 78-year-old president-elect will officially return to office on Monday, January 20. As the big day approaches, a variety of events are set to take place across Washington, D.C.
On Wednesday, January 15, it was revealed that stars including Billy Ray Cyrus, Jason Aldean, and Kid Rock will take the stage to perform during the inauguration festivities. According to reports by AP, Billy Ray and Kid Rock will headline at the ‘Make America Great Again’ rally on Sunday, January 19. They join previously announced performers like Lee Greenwood and the Village People.
The Village People have shared their reasons for participating in the festivities. They, along with other performers, will also grace the stage at the Liberty Ball on Monday night. Jason Aldean is set to perform at this iconic event as well. Other confirmed artists include Rascal Flatts, who will provide live entertainment at the Commander-in-Chief Ball, and Gavin DeGraw, who will sing at the Starlight Ball. Both events will occur following the grand inauguration on Monday.
