MUMBAI – Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently met TV personality Uorfi Javed at a restaurant in Mumbai, marking a special in-person meeting after an online friendship. Both took to their Instagram stories to share the delightful moment. Uorfi posted a picture of them together on her Instagram stories, writing, “Blurry but (rose emoji). Fav girls @saman- tharuthprabhuoff @kreshabajaj.” Samantha reshared the post and wrote, “@urfi Finally I meet you (heart emoji).” For the unversed, the two have always supported each other online, with Samantha frequently sharing Uorfi’s unique outfits on her Instagram stories.
In a heartwarming video message earlier this year, Uorfi spoke about their friendship, saying, “Hi Samantha, I am your biggest fan. You are such a girl’s girl, and even though we’ve never met, I know how supportive you are. You’re one of the nicest people I’ve never met.” Samantha’s close friend, designer Kresha Bajaj, was also present during their meeting.
On the professional front, Samantha was last seen in the Prime Video series Citadel: Honey Bunny with Varun Dhawan. She is currently working on Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom with Raj & DK. Meanwhile, Uorfi’s recent appearance was on the Prime Video reality show Follow Kar Lo Yaar.
